Download the Modus app to access your apartment, common areas, and even invite visitors. It’s your all-in-one key to our community.

2. Keep It Clean

Treat your space with care by keeping your room tidy and cleaning up after yourself in shared areas. A little effort goes a long way in keeping our spaces welcoming.

3. Dress for the Occasion

We ask that you reserve sleepwear, bathrobes, or underwear for your private space. Let’s keep our common areas stylish and professional.

4. Respect Quiet Hours

Your neighbours will appreciate a calm environment after hours. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially as the clock strikes 8 PM.

5. Safety First

Fire safety is paramount. Fire hoses and extinguishers are for emergencies only—misuse could result in fines, so please take extra care.

6. No DIY Décor

We love creativity, but please refrain from painting walls, adding security doors, or making any structural changes without permission.

7. Visitors Welcome, But…

Guests are always welcome at Yethu City, provided they’re registered via the Modus app and depart by 11:59 PM. Overnight stays are not permitted.

8. Smoke-Free Zone

For the benefit of all residents, smoking and vaping are only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

9. No Pets Allowed

With the exception of registered guide dogs, we maintain a pet-free environment to ensure comfort for everyone.

10. Use the Right Spaces

Please use the designated spots for parking, recreational activities, and rubbish disposal. Keeping these areas organised helps maintain a neat and efficient environment.
